Put something on the board
Three kinds of entry, one review queue. Everything is read by a person before it goes public, and contact details never are.
DemandDeployments wantedThe problem, the constraints, the date it has to work. This is for work that has to land inside a customer's environment — not a job posting for a platform team.→TalentEngineers for hireDeployments you actually ran, the stack you carried, the outcome you can defend. One concrete case outranks a skills list.→SkillsCapabilities the role needsSomething the work keeps demanding that is hard to hire for — evaluation design, messy data plumbing, on-site scoping — plus how you would prove someone has it.→
What gets accepted
- Specific beats broad. “Six-week retrieval pilot for a bank's internal docs, must pass review by legal” is a listing; “AI transformation project” is not.
- No contact scraping. Emails stay in the review queue; only an optional public handle is shown.
- No agency spam. Reposts of the same brief get merged, and pure recruiting pitches are rejected.
- Chinese and English are both fine. The entry keeps the language it was written in.
What happens after you submit
- 01You get a confirmation on this page — no email required, so nothing to unsubscribe from.
- 02A person reads it. If it needs a detail, they reply to the address you gave.
- 03Approved entries appear on the network index, and only the public fields are shown.
